I’m addicted to yaba for last 6 months, and I need to stop it! How do I get rid of my yaba addiction without a doctor’s help?

Start going to meetings to learn how to stop your addiction.

Dear Sohan,

Yaba addiction (methamphetamine) is a very dangerous problem that can be fatal if left untreated. You should be seeking the support of a doctor to help you to detox from this toxic drug.

You should also begin attending Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) or Narcotics Anonymous (NA) daily, which will allow you to learn about stopping your addiction.

Yaba is attacking your brain and convincing you that you must use. Going to AA meetings, working the 12 steps and finding a sponsor, will help you to better understand your addiction and will teach you what you need to do to end it.

I’m not sure where you are from but there is likely AA meetings in your area that you can find through a quick internet search.

When you begin attending meetings you will meet others who have been where you’re at now and who want to help you to move past your addiction. Finding a good sponsor will help you to have someone you can talk to who will be there when you are trying to stay sober and avoid relapse.

You can move past your addiction and regain your life and health back, good luck,

Debbie
