With no information to go on I will start with the assumption that you are struggling with a substance use disorder.
It is good to start with a visit to the doctor for a physical exam to determine your overall state of health. Be honrst with the doctor and share your experuiences.
From there, you can determine a possible treatment program and begin to plan out your strategy for getting back on the right path.
Consider also going to Alcoholics Anonymous or Narcotics Anonymous meetings and entering a 12 Step program. Recovery is just as important as treatment,so you need to have a plan for taking care of yourself.
There is hope. You just need to allow others to help and find what works for you.
