Looking for addiction treatment in East Africa?

I'm looking for a doctor or center that treats Opiate addiction by using Suboxone in East Africa?

I just moved to Kenya from Atlanta working for an NGO. I've been on the Suboxone treatment for a couple of months and would like to continue it.

Dear James,
Long-term use of Suboxone is just trading one drug for another. I am not familiar with treatment centers in Kenya, but I am sure Nairobi has them. You might check out:

www.unodc.org/treatment/en/Kenya_resource_centre_13.html

to see if they have some help for you. But I would encourage you to look for alternatives to the Suboxone.
