My youngest children’s mother is addicted to pain pills?

My youngest children’s mother is addicted to pain medications. She crashed her car and doesn’t remember, none of us understand her talking, she constantly misses work, she blames all of us for her problem.
We tried an interdiction and would not give her car keys back to her but she now goes across the street or gets drugs from the people she works with.
