The science behind habits

by Alicia

Hello!

We’re trying to get the word out about the science behind habits. I wanted to pass along this link to the motion graphic we just published!

Fifty percent of your daily activities are habitual. While some habits are good, others can be harmful and eventually lead to addictions. Along with interesting statistics on popular habits, the video explains the habit cycle and how to break a bad habit before it can lead to an addiction.

I was wondering if you’d be willing to share the motion graphic with the readers on your site? Please let me know either way. If you do choose to feature it, there’s an easy to embed code at the bottom of the post. I’m also more than willing to help promote your post via my social media channels!

Thanks!

and Finally Remember:

“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.”
