Get support!

Meth withdrawal is very different from other types of drug withdrawal because many of the issues are psychological rather than physical. Meth withdrawal often causes a depression and removes enjoyment from most things.

The chance of relapse during meth withdrawal is very high because the addict can’t stand the way they FEEL. In order to successfully stop using the addict must seek support from other people who have gone through the exact same process. Finding a good NA meeting and attending it DAILY is the best advice I can give.

Trying to quit meth cold turkey on your own with no emotional support is not likely to be successful. Go to meetings and find people to help who can support you as you to move past your meth addiction.

If you do it alone it is VERY likely that you will relapse and have to go through this whole process again. Good Luck!

All you require is a little push into your deepest and darkest thoughts and would help out to be a bit more than the usual. I feel if you have a strong will power and the genuine thought of quitting you can do it.
