Mom recently started using drug again?

My name is Megan, I’m 17 years old and my mom has recently started drugs… Again! I was raised by grandparents from age 7-12. My mom went through a recovery rehab for 6 months.
She got on her feet and started a life we all dreamed of. She stayed clean for 7 years going on 8. And she was always so positive. I always had anger towards her and never knew why she had my grandparents raise me and I went through some counseling with her and it never gave me the right answer or the answer I needed to hear.
When my mom started to relapse I noticed a change in her sleeping her eating and her attitude. It wasn’t that women 7 years before. I’m the 3 child of 4 two brothers 1 sister. They all are ignoring her but I just cry and cry and get so upset over it I need to talk with someone to help me understand. I’m tired of blaming myself and crying everyday.
