LOVE HEROIN

I WAS A REPORTER DOING A STORY ABOUT HOW EASY IT WAS TO GET HEROIN IN THE CASINOS. I HAD ALREADY BOUGHT IT IN THREE CASINOS . I WENT TO THE FOURTH CASINO, I WAS TOLD TO GO INTO THE LADIES ROOM AND SOME ONE WOULD BE RIGHT WITH ME. TWO WOMEN CAME IN AND CHECKED MY ARMS, NO NEEDLE MARKS, I SAID I ONLY SHORTED IT ONE OF THE WOMEN PUT A LINE DOWN AND SAID SNORT IT.

THE OTHER WOMAN PUT A KNIEF TO MY FACE SO I SNORTED IT. I HAD A VERY WARM RUSH MY WHOLE BODY FELT AMAZING.I WENT HOME AND WENT TO BED BUT I COULDN’T SLEEP JUST DOSED OFF.THE NEXT MORNING I LOOKED IN MY POCKET BOOK AND FOUND SEVERAL BAGS I BOUGHT FROM THE OTHER CASINOS.

I FELT A LITTLE SICK AND VERY NERVOUS I WAS GOING THROUGH WITH DRAWL. I WOUND UP USING ALL THE BAGS. I AM NOW REALLY ADDICTED TO THE HEROIN. I WANT TO QUIT THEN I DON’T. SOME DAY I HOPE TO GET CLEAN.

Also got hooked

I know the feeling. I also tried it and now I must have it daily. I had hooked up with a girl that was using, (still is) and I smoked it I guess five or six times, while she would be next to me shooting it.

I told her and myself that I would not get to that point of shooting up. She told me it was only a matter of time. She knew I was hooked, I also knew I just did not want to admit to it.

Then the day came, we were at her place with a girlfriend of her’s and I needed it so bad I could not take it, so as they shot up I was tying off and slapping my arm. She looked at me and said I told you so. She pulled the needle out of her arm, handed it to me and in my virgin vein it went. That was it I was now a full blown addict.

Now, ten months later my arms are full of needle marks, I need to shoot up three times a day some days four. All three of us have thrown are lives away, it’s a never ending cycle.

Hi-It is EXTREMELY unfortunate that you started using heroin. I have heard that the first time you use it you get addicted. I heard it from my brother-in-law. He eventually died of a heroin overdose. He was only 38 years old.

I am a recovering alcoholic-I have not drank for 25 years. When I first wanted to get clean I started with my medical doctor. He was very helpful and understanding. I started going to Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and seeing a drug and alcohol counselor. They both helped me a lot.

My son has been having trouble with substance abuse for 13 years. He is now in jail for DUI. According to him he wants to get clean – I hope and pray it is true and that he makes it.

I say all of this to, hopefully, help you realize that drug and alcohol abuse can cause SO MUCH PAIN and destruction. I now attend Al Anon meetings – for friends and families of drug addicts and alcoholics.

There I have met others who are in the same or similar situation as I am. It helps so much. I also talk to my minister, see a counselor and see my physician’s assistant.

I hope that you will get some help for yourself. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. I would highly recommend an Alcoholics Anonymous (they talk about drug addiction, too) or Narcotics Anonymous meeting (they may be harder to find). You can go on the internet and find one near your.

Best of luck and I hope and pray that you get clean and get some support. Sincerely, Lynette

“I WANT TO QUIT THEN I DON’T. SOME DAY I HOPE TO GET CLEAN.”

You will either quit or you will pay with your life for your drug addiction. You will slowly become more and more consumed with your drug. You will begin to do things you never dreamed you would do to get more dope.

Your entire life will revolve around buying, stealing, using, hurting people, and much more. Some of the things you will do are not fit to post. You will then die a slow, painful and premature death. Almost no one will go to your funeral.

This is your future unless you decide to QUIT ALL DRUG use. Good luck with your love affair.

Joe
