Need to interview an expert

Hello,
My name is Quintin and I am “Bridge to Clemson” student at Tri- County Technical College. I do not have any sort of alcohol problem, but I have to write a “cause and effect” paper about alcoholism. This essay requires me to conduct an interview, via e-mail or over the phone, with a professional on the subject. If anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.
