Online support group specically for prescription drug addiction?

by Tina
(Lake Jackson Texas )

My name is Tina and I am an addict, I have been in recovery for prescription Drug addiction for two years, I am working the steps and I have a sponsor, I have some health issues and I'm on disability, I get to my meetings as much as I can but I can't drive and sometimes can't make it.

I went through rehab 2 years ago at "Florida House Experience" my clean date is Dec 24,2012. I was wondering if the was a Facebook page or something like that specifically for prescription drugs. If not maybe just a N.A.online support page . Thank you!

Lots of options available for you!
by: Debbie Wicker

Hello Tina,

There are A LOT of options available for you to attend meetings online. Here is a link to AA Women's online meetings that should help you find exactly what you're looking for:

Many people who attend AA are opiate addicted rather than alcohol addicted so you should hopefully find the support you're looking for.

But if you prefer NA here is a link to online NA meetings:

Congratulations on your sobriety and I'm glad you are working the Steps!

Debbie
