True Life: I Was Born Addicted!

I have a unique and special opportunity for adults ages 18-28. I am an associate producer for a company called Triple Threat TV based in Connecticut, we are looking to do an episode for MTV's True Life Episode based on "crack babies" or children born addicted to drugs or alcohol that are now in their late teens or early to mid-20's who are suffering and looking to tell their story in a public setting.

The following is our casting call and we are really interested in hearing stories from teens/adults who are looking for help.




TRUE LIFE: I WAS BORN ADDICTED



Were you born addicted to drugs or alcohol addiction since childbirth? Were you born already withdrawing? Do you currently struggle to survive because of your early addiction? Are detoxification and rehabilitation programs ineffective due to your premature dependency on drugs or alcohol?



Have you lost friends, family, and time because of your struggle? Has this addiction lead you to other addictions? Are you unable to fight your addiction alone?



Are you living one day at a time because you're addicted to something you didn't choose to be? Are you willing to seek help for your addiction?
