Dear Sherry,

So sorry that your daughter is using again. Meth addiction is devastating because meth is attacking your daughter’s brain and convincing her that she must use. Relapse from meth addiction is very common, but if she is willing to go to meetings daily and work the 12 steps she can get past her addiction and gain back control of her life.

There are a lot of meetings in your area. I’m going to include a view links here to some meetings that are available for you and her. I would recommend that she go to 90 meetings in 90 days so that she learns as much as possible about herself and her addiction.

I would also recommend that you begin attend two or three Al-anon meetings a week so that you can also work the steps and learn how to help your daughter to end her addiction.

Here is a listing of different meetings in your area:

Good luck and please start going to meetings for yourself and it often will make it easier to convince your daughter to go.

Debbie
