Dear Edith,

So glad to hear that you’re interested in becoming an addiction counselor. I did a career change to move into counseling and have found it to be challenging and rewarding at the same time.

I have created this website to be a resource on addiction and addiction counseling but I don’t have any other printed materials.

Please review each of the drugs listed on this site and also information about the 12 step program. I believe those will be a good start to your studies.
