Call your local ER and ask for a treatment referral in your area.
by: Debbie Wicker

Dear Ashley,

You do need help to avoid relapse and to end you addiction. To find a good treatment center in your area call the Emergency Department at any local hospital and explain what you're looking for. Ask them what they would recommend you do to find support to end your drug addiction.

Also, ask them were where good AA and NA meetings. Go to meetings that they recommend daily and begin to work the 12 steps and get a good female sponsor.

Finally, have your mother start attending Al-anon meetings so that she learns about your addiction to help as well. If she goes to Al-anon research shows that you're much more likely to be able to stay clean.

Good Luck,

Debbie
