Meth causes mental illiness and death!

by: Debbie Wicker

Dear Bethany,

The first thing to say is that meth addiction if left untreated is fatal. Meth attacks the brain and causes mental illness.

Meth damages the pleasure center of the brain and cause learning, memory and emotional problems. It causes:

Psychotic behavior

Paranoia

Insomnia

Anxiety

Extreme aggression

Delusions

Hallucinations

Death

Because it attacks the brain, the addict believes they must have it but it is not true. The best way to begin to feel better is to stop using it and to allow the brain to get back to its normal functioning.

Meth is a terrible drug that causes problems with many parts of the body. It is made from drain cleaner and battery acid which poison the body.

There is nothing good bout meth and if you are using it please stop immediately and return to your sobriety.

Debbie
