Coming home from jail?

Hi. My 28 yr old nephew will be coming home from a 4 year stay in jail for drugs. My sister and her husband knew all along he was using and always gave him money, phone, a car and paid all his bills, and did nothing even when he stole from every one in our family to buy drugs. They are still in denial.
I’m scared they are going to go right back to their old behavior. They will not listen, and won’t seek help for themselves to learn how to deal with his coming home. please, can you send them some info,in the mail?? They won’t even talk to me about this, their heads are in the sand. thank you for all you do!!
