Feeling Trapped n hopeless

It started in 2000 I’d say. I’ve suffered with addiction to Crack. For the next 10 years I’ve battled with it.
I tried numerous times to quit, through the ups and downs and always fell back into using, used it as an escape for my problems, lost trust with everybody, 2 serious trauma’s. Then found help through a rehab center. Definitely saved my life!
Before going I thought it would never end, as of now I’m doing great got 3 yrs clean and its very easy to stay clean. If it weren’t for going I’d probably be dead or in prison.
