My Fiance Is Addicted To Meth & I'm Pregnant With Our Second Child

I am extremely lost and heartbroken, i just want that man that i fell in love with back... I'm having the hardest time because I feel like in my head i deserve so much better and so does our 4 month old child.. but my fiance doesn't have anyone else except us...

I should leave and move on but I'm to much in love with him and i want to be here for him every step of the way! Do i have to wait for him to be locked up & sober before i can have him back... i don't know who this man is that's addicted and looks like he has the life sucked out of him ): he's sick.. i want to take care of him.. but i want him back...

Meth addiction is a mental disease that attacks the brain and often changes the addict's personality into someone unrecognizable to their loved ones.

We're each made uniquely so we're each affected differently by meth use. Some of us can use it occasionally and never become addicted, while others can become addicted to it the first time they use it.

It sounds like your finance was using meth for fun and accidentally became addicted and now is likely trapped in his addiction.

You need to try to get him the helps he needs to end his deadly addiction. Meth addiction will devastate his entire body and mind if he doesn't stop using.

Please look for Al-anon meetings in your area and begin attending them. Al-anon helps us to learn to understand our loved one's addiction and also helps us to figure out what to do to help them get out of the death spiral that they're in.

He can end his addiction but not by himself, please go to Al-anon and get him the help and support he needs.
