I have been a cocaine addict for 28 years!

I have been a cocaine addict for 28 years and up until 5 months ago I thought it was put on earth for me. I am a very sick woman and allergic to antibiotics and just about to every pain pill on the market.

I don’t know any one who has enjoyed it as much I did but all of sudden I have become extremely paranoid and so afraid i don’t know what to do. Doctors have told me that there is no way I can come of it with out medical help.

Well I can’t live like this any more, i want help…i need help! IS there anyone that can help me?

Dear Belinda,

Cocaine addiction s a disease of the brain. This means that your brain has changed to accommodate your drug abuse. Because you have been using for 28 years, you need medical supervision to withdraw to avoid major problems as a result of your brain having trouble functioning without the drug.

Cocaine addiction often causes EXTREME paranoia and other negative effects. If you’re able to become drug free you will be amazed at how much better you will feel.

Consider attending AA or NA meetings ASAP DAILY until your addiction is under control. The support you’ll get from these meetings and working the 12 steps will allow you to learn about your addiction and also learn how to stop it.

Why not allow your doctor to help you with this problem? Medical support for detox can significantly improve your chances for success and keep you safe during the withdrawal process.

You can do this and it is certainly worth it!
