 I want control of my LIFE…

My name is Jerry, I’m from Tulsa,Ok. I’m 43 and have been using for over half my life. It’s way past time for me to take back control of my life!!

I started using at around the age of ten. I sit here and think about my life and try to figure out when I lost total control to my addiction..? I truly feel it was the very first time I used. I didn’t really start going crazy using till I moved out of my parents and on my own at 18.

I got married and had my first child when I was 20. As I said I’m now 43 and on my fourth marriage this one for 18 years.

So as I can see things I feel I lost total control around the age of 30. I had a heart attack at that time and never slowed down and truthfully I think I sped up…!

I’ve tired a few times to quit, been to rehab twice jail to many times to count and been to prison twice. Addiction is very very hard to deal alone but even harder when all I get is negitivity from my family.

I got hurt at work (back problems) so I’m unemployed, uninsured, and headed to the grave at a break neck pace!!! So my question is this…

Is there a long term treatment (inpatient ) center that won’t cost me anything?? If so please let me know so I can pack my bags and be there first thing!!!!
