Can I ask for the drug profiles of the drugs users/drug abusers

Their personal background: single mother, been clean since Oct 2009 working to be interdependent 🙂 I realized my addiction was a side effect of not being diagnosed with ADHD till I got clean and the fact that I am a PTSD survivor of trauma/abuse. Until I started to face what was really going on with me, and I wanted to be healthy I could not stay clean.

Occupation: Welfare to Work Program/ Volunteer
educational Attainment: High School Diploma
economic Status: Low Income, Less Than 20,000
place of Residence: with family member in a apartment
Duration of drug taking: total= 12 years but I stayed clean for small periods of time between. I would use heavily for 3-6 months and then go into treatment again.
Nature of drug taking: IV use
Drugs of abuse: Heroin, Opiates, Cocaine, Crack, Alcohol Heroin was my drug of choice
